Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service value.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can arise. We will evaluate each case individually and do our best to be flexible.

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your appointment by calling us directly or sending us a WhatsApp message. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.

Rescheduling Limit

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, if you need to reschedule more than twice, we may require a deposit for future appointments.

Payment Policy

Payment Methods

We accept cash and Zelle bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Deposits

We may require a $20 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice.
